Developing Characters - 6 week Improv Series

Through this work, improv actors increase their physical, vocal and emotional vocabulary. This course encourages the improv actor to play following the body rather than the brain so the scene can become active and surprising. We will look at ways of igniting the imagination with a completely new approach to physicalizing characters using Lecoq clown and pyschological gesture techniques to discover complex characters within a long form improv format.
